Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 22, 2026 Last Updated: April 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Sansa Technologies, Inc. (“Sansa,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you access or use the Frenzz mobile application, the website https://www.frenzz.ai (the “Site”), and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1.About Frenzz and Your Privacy

Frenzz is a private creative tool. You save reference photos of your friends, type a prompt that mentions them, and Frenzz generates an image for you. Generated images are delivered only to you. Frenzz has no public feed, no social profiles, no in-app sharing, and no discovery features. Any distribution of generated images happens outside Frenzz, at your discretion.

We designed Frenzz to collect as little as possible and to keep what we do collect under your control.

2.Face Data

Frenzz allows you to upload reference photographs of yourself and other individuals to create AI-generated images. Because these photographs depict human faces, they constitute “face data” under applicable app store and privacy frameworks. This section describes how Frenzz handles that face data.

What we collect. Reference photographs that you voluntarily upload and associate with a friend profile you create within the app. These are standard photographs. We do not capture, derive, or store face geometry, faceprints, face embeddings, biometric templates, or any other biometric identifier. We do not perform face recognition, face identification, face verification, or 1:1 or 1:N face matching of any kind.

How we use it. Reference photographs are used solely to generate the AI images you request by entering a text prompt and tagging a friend profile. At the time of generation, the relevant reference photographs and your text prompt are sent to Google LLC for processing through Google's Gemini API, which provides the Nano Banana image generation model (Gemini 2.5 Flash Image), and Google returns a generated image to us for delivery to you. Before any reference photograph or prompt is transmitted, you are shown an in-app disclosure identifying Google as the recipient and describing the data being sent, and you must affirmatively consent before transmission occurs. If you decline, no data is sent and the feature is unavailable. Frenzz uses the paid tier of the Gemini API; under Google's API terms applicable to paid usage, your inputs are not used to train Google's models. Reference photographs and prompts are also not used by Frenzz for advertising or for any purpose other than fulfilling your generation requests. Google provides privacy and security protections equivalent to those described in this Policy. You can review Google's privacy practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy and the Gemini API's additional terms at https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms.

Sharing. We share reference photographs only with (a) our cloud storage provider, Google Firebase, for the purpose of storing them, and (b) Google LLC, via the Gemini API, at the moment of generation, for the sole purpose of producing the requested image using Google's Nano Banana (Gemini 2.5 Flash Image) model. Both are services operated by Google. Under the paid Gemini API terms that govern our integration, your inputs are not used to train Google's models or for any purpose unrelated to providing the service to Frenzz. Google's privacy and security protections are equivalent to those described in this Policy. We do not sell face data. We do not share face data with advertisers, data brokers, or any party for marketing purposes.

Storage. Reference photographs are stored in Google Firebase with encryption in transit and at rest. They are stored on infrastructure operated in the United States.

Retention. Reference photographs are retained only for as long as the associated friend profile exists. When you delete a reference photograph, a friend profile, or your account, the associated reference photographs are deleted from active storage immediately and removed from backups in accordance with our standard backup retention schedule (no longer than 30 days). Generated images are retained in your private history until you delete them or close your account.

Your controls. You can delete any individual reference photograph, any friend profile, or your entire account from within the Frenzz app at any time. Deletion is permanent.

Consent. You agree that you will only upload photographs of individuals from whom you have permission to do so, or photographs of yourself.

3.Information We Collect

Information you provide. Account information (email, authentication identifiers through Sign in with Apple or similar providers); friend profile names you create; reference photographs you upload of yourself and people you add as friends (see Section 2 for how face data in those photographs is handled); text prompts you enter; generated images stored in your private history; and any communications you send us.

Information collected automatically. IP address, device identifier, device model and operating system, app version, general location derived from IP, referring URLs, crash logs, access times, and usage data (such as which features you interact with). We use this to operate the Services, diagnose issues, and improve performance.

Information we do not collect. We do not collect precise GPS location. We do not collect contact lists, photo library contents beyond what you explicitly upload, or browsing history outside the Services.

4.How We Use Information

We use information to: operate, maintain, and improve the Services; generate images based on your prompts and reference photos; authenticate you and secure your account; communicate with you about service updates, security, and support; respond to legal requests and enforce our Terms; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our content rules; and comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with advertisers. We do not use your reference photos, prompts, or generated images to train AI models.

5.How We Share Information

Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us run Frenzz, each under confidentiality obligations and with instructions to use data only to provide services to us. These include:

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory authority, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sansa, our users, or the public — including to investigate suspected violations of our content rules.

Business transfers. If Sansa is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

With your direction. We share information with others when you direct us to (for example, when you export or share a generated image outside the app).

6.Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Services and meet our legal obligations. Specifically:

7.Data Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for stored reference photos and account data. We restrict internal access to personal information to personnel who need it to operate the Services. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable authorities consistent with legal requirements (within 72 hours where required by GDPR, and otherwise as required by state law).

8.Your Rights and Choices

You can delete friend profiles, individual reference photos, and generated images at any time within the app. You can request account deletion by emailing team@sansatech.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights described below. To exercise any right, email team@sansatech.com; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 30–45 days).

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it; access a copy of your personal information; correct inaccurate information; delete your personal information; limit use of sensitive personal information (including biometric information); opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not knowingly sell personal information of California residents, including minors under 16.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other state residents

You have rights similar to California residents, generally including access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising, profiling, and sale of personal information. You may appeal a denied request by replying to our initial response.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Our legal bases for processing are: contract (to provide Services you request), legitimate interests (operating and improving Services, security, fraud prevention), consent (for biometric processing and optional communications), and legal obligation. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. International transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Illinois, Texas, Washington residents (biometric laws)

If you reside in Illinois (BIPA), Texas (CUBI), or Washington (MHMDA), you have specific rights under those laws regarding biometric data. As described in Section 2 (Face Data), Frenzz does not capture, derive, or store faceprints, face embeddings, biometric templates, or any other biometric identifier, and does not perform face recognition. To the extent any reference photograph is treated as biometric information under applicable law, our handling, consent, storage, and retention practices are described in Section 2. We do not sell biometric data. We obtain consent at the point of upload, retain reference photographs only while the associated friend profile exists, and in no event retain them longer than three years after your last interaction with Frenzz.

9.Children’s Privacy

Frenzz is not intended for anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users between 13 and 18 may only use Frenzz with a parent or guardian’s consent.

Photos of minors. You may not upload reference photos of anyone under 18 unless you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and consent to our processing of their image. We reserve the right to remove images that appear to depict minors uploaded without parental consent. If you believe a child’s photo has been uploaded without authorization, contact team@sansatech.com.

10.Takedown Requests

If you believe your likeness has been uploaded to Frenzz without your consent, email team@sansatech.com with your name, contact information, and a description of the images or account involved. We will investigate promptly and remove content that violates our Terms. We comply with applicable law regarding non-consensual intimate imagery, including the TAKE IT DOWN Act, and will act on valid notices within required timeframes.

11.International Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection rules than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

12.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, for material changes, provide prominent notice (in-app or by email). Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
